Brian Wallace — Trumpeter with the Hartford Jazz Orchestra

HJO trumpeter Brian Wallace has been an HJO sub for years, joining the roster as a full-time member in 2022. He attended the Berklee College of Music where he fell in love with the music of Lee Morgan, Claudio Roditi, Cubanismo, and the Buena Vista Social Club. Brian is a business manager by day, as well as a part-time web designer. (He designed and maintains the HJO website!) He’s also the father of two, an aquarium hobbyist, and a Red Sox fan.
